Have had some great droning experiences at a couple of sites on the eastern shores of Western Port Bay, Victoria. Bass Coast Shire applies CASA rules for droning with some caveats on conservation areas around wild life reserves particularly Phillip Island. The coast from Lang Lang down to Bass has some interesting spots for coastal photography for responsible drones. A couple of Parks Victoria reserves need to be treated accordingly. Check boundaries.
