Not sure if anyone here had a chance to fly in The Maldives their drone before but we just received some local feedback which triggered this drone travel thought:
"Although it is allowed to fly here, you must take extra care as: My country is operated by seaplanes which means every beach is an airport & travellers coming to the Maldives are typically new couples on their honeymoon"
We wondered what he meant by the second point to then look online on TripAdvisor & realised how hostile other tourists are in such particular tourism destinations. We get it, it makes complete sense.. you don't go this far and pay that much to be annoyed by a camera flying above your honeymoon bed.
Sounds simple but we rarely consider it, has anyone experienced particular locations as such where people would be more hostile than usual due to circumstances?
