Drones in Laos

Hello everyone :) I'm planning to go to Laos, does anyone know how and where do we ask for the drone flight permission? Thanks in advance

If you ride a motorcycle without a license, you may be stopped by the police and issued a small fine, but you will be allowed to continue driving. Would operating an unregistered tourist drone face a similar penalty?
